We hope that all brokers and shippers see the value of putting rates on the loads. If there is ever going to be any sort of tools like a freight auction or reverse auction or anything like Uber Freight. Then people who want drivers to call them should put rates on loads on all the load boards. Something simple that will save everyone some much time talking.
Will technology replace the negotiation in trucking anytime soon? Maybe. But even if you post a rate expect the driver or dispatcher inquiring about your posted load to ask for more money. They usually get it.
