Adding Customers is one of the first things you do in the Software. Basically without a customer you can not really ship anything. These customers could be shippers that you want to do business directly with or brokers that you do business with.
First click the icon at the top in blue that looks like a group of three people. This will open up a hidden panel that will enable you to enter in customer information.
