Terms of Service for the Trulos Mobile App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Trulos Load Board mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. App Features and Usage

The app provides access to load board data, tools, and resources for trucking professionals. Certain features may require a subscription or login to access.

3. Subscriptions

Trulos Premium is offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription:

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused time or accidental purchases.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the app, you agree not to:

• Post false or misleading information
• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access or tamper with the app’s servers or databases
• Share login credentials with others to bypass subscription fees

5. Data & Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and data in the app are the property of Trulos or its partners and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or losses caused by using the app or its content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, especially in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
